Architecture Collective Development

Dating back to the 19th century, the stately structure that houses the hotel showcases its original Soviet-era architecture and facade.

Constructed at the end of the 19th century and initially serving as a high-class hotel called Belle Vue, Rooms Batumi has been carefully preserved, with many elements of the original building incorporated into the design. Public spaces, like the lobby, restaurant, and the serene courtyard, are designed to foster a sense of community and relaxation, while the rooftop, featuring a pool, bar, and restaurant, presents 360-degree views of the Old Town and port.

Interior design Collective Development, Rooms Studio

Exceptional spaces that draw inspiration from Japanese, European, and L.A. styles bring a fresh coastal look to Batumi, while tradition here seamlessly coexists with modernity.

The design ethos integrates the essence of the sea and the vibrant local scene. Here, a rich blend of textures, textiles, and colors evoke the coastal ambiance and celebrate the city’s rich cultural heritage, while a bold 1970s funky flair ups the fun level. Natural wood, vibrant hues, clean lines, and a palette of baby pink, white, yellow, and blue cultivate a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere. Outside, the hotel’s exterior features white bricks, yellow awnings, and blue shutters, tapping into the tapestry of cultures that define the bustling port of Batumi.

Destination The other Georgia

Batumi is renowned for its seaside location, historic architecture, and vibrant cultural scene.

Nestled amid narrow streets and vintage buildings, Rooms Batumi sits in a prime location that combines the allure of the past with the beauty of the seaside. Here, a crossover of European and Asian influences creates a distinctive atmosphere where diverse elements coexist. A pearl on the Black Sea, the city presents lush rain forests, miles of beaches, ancient Roman ruins, and Turkish-inflected dialect and cuisine.
