SkyAlps Airline Voucher x Design Hotels Offer

Terms & Conditions

 

1. The offer is open to all residents worldwide where the offer is legal, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the offer. Offer entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

2. The promotion is void where prohibited by local laws. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure the legality of entering this promotion under the laws of their country of residence.

3. The offer consists of a €70 (seventy euro) SkyAlps voucher (the “voucher”) which will be given to the first 70 guests who make a Qualifying Reservation and file a Voucher Request in accordance with these terms and conditions. The day the Qualifying Reservation is booked is decisive for determining the first 70 guests.

4. To participate in the offer and receive a voucher, you must make a Qualifying Reservation by 1 December 2024. A “Qualifying Reservation” is a reservation which:

1. is made at a Qualifying Hotel in accordance with section 25; and
2. is for a stay at such Qualifying Hotel between the dates of 1 July 2024 and 31 December 2024; and
3. is a reservation made directly on the Design Hotels website at https://www.designhotels.com/ (for the avoidance of doubt, reservations made via any other online travel agency will not qualify for this promotion).

 

5. The offer is valid once per entrant and the number of vouchers is limited to 70. The number of vouchers provided per Qualifying Reservation will depend on the number of guests booked for the Qualifying Reservation, with a maximum of

6. In order to claim a voucher:

1. You need to request a voucher through the “Request a Promo Code” form on the promotion website in the following link: https://www.designhotels.com/deals/skyalps-x-design-hotels/ such request needs to be made within 5 working days of booking a Qualifying Reservation. The following details of the Qualifying Reservation need to be included: (i) your name (ii) your email address (iii) your DesignHotels.com booking reference (the “Voucher Request”);
2. the Promoter will verify details of the Qualifying Reservation provided within the Voucher Request. Provided the Voucher Request is valid and meets the conditions mentioned under point 2, the promoter will send the voucher by email within 10 working days of receipt of the Voucher Request. The voucher will be sent to the email address provided within the Voucher Request.

For the purposes of this section 6, “working days” means any day excluding Saturday, Sunday or German public holidays.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any voucher in case the Qualifying Reservation has not been paid completely or has been cancelled.

8. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or invalid entries will not be accepted

9. Voucher codes are valid for one use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher provided by SkyAlps or otherwise.

10. The following terms and conditions apply to use of the voucher:

1. the voucher may only be used for flight bookings made via skyalps.com;
2. the vouchers are valid for flights operated up to and including 31 December 2024 on any route operated by SkyAlps to or from Bolzano airport;
3. the voucher is subject to SkyAlps Standard Terms and Conditions available at https://www.skyalps.com/en/about-skyalps/general-conditions-of-sale-and-carriage;
4. the vouchers are only valid for use on SkyAlps SKY PLUS fare bookings, which includes: 1 piece of hand baggage of max. 8 kg and 2 pieces of checked baggage of max. 15 kg, or 1 checked baggage of max. 30 kg;
5. any other terms and conditions as notified by SkyAlps from time to time or in connection with your booking.

 

11. The voucher may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up use of the voucher.

12. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf may be disqualified.

13. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their voucher. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entrants failing to supply accurate information which affects voucher acceptance or delivery of their voucher.

14. The voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, cannot be sold, gifted or auctioned and no cash alternative is offered. The voucher has an expiry date of 31 December 2024 and neither the Promoter nor SkyAlps accepts responsibility if an entrant does not redeem the voucher by this date. In the event that you do not make use of the voucher, Design Hotels and SkyAlps are not obliged to provide you with a new voucher.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the voucher with an alternative offer of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control makes it necessary to do so and provided this is reasonable for the participant while taking into account the interests of the Promoter.

16. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion shall be in the Promoter’s sole discretion, is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

17. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry by filing a Voucher Request. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the voucher to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 

18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to  manipulation of the promotion by third parties or where the execution of the promotion becomes unreasonably difficult or impossible due to factual circumstances such as force major, strikes or natural disasters.

19. Claims for damages against the Promoter in connection with this promotion are excluded, unless the Promoter has acted with intent or gross negligence. In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, i.e. those whose fulfilment is essential for the fulfilment of a contract and on whose compliance the participant may generally rely (so-called "cardinal obligations"), the Promoter's liability shall be limited to the typical and foreseeable damage at the time of acceptance of these terms and conditions. Statutory liability under the Product Liability Act and in the event of injury to life, body and health as well as due to assurances and guarantees given remains unaffected by this. This also applies to the Promoter's employees, representatives and agents.
Furthermore, the Promoter shall not be liable for damages resulting from the impairment of the availability of these terms and conditions at https://www.designhotels.com/deals/skyalps-x-design-hotels/, in the event of technical faults, loss of data during the participant's data transfer, events of force majeure beyond the promoter's control or disruptions caused by third parties. However, the promoter will do everything in its power to ensure the reliability and functionality of the online conditions of participation.

20. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Statement located here: https://www.designhotels.com/privacy-policy. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the operation of this promotion; or to be acting in any manner the Promoter reasonably considers to be in violation of these terms and conditions.

21. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any website you use to make a Qualifying Reservation. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever.

22. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

23. These terms and conditions and this promotion shall be governed by German law to the exclusion of the German conflict of laws provisions.

24. The “Promoter” is Design Hotels GmbH a company registered in Germany whose registered address is at Stralauer Allee 2c, 10245 Berlin.
